Return & Exchange Policy<\/b><\/h2>

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to maintain transparency and clarity in all our transactions and avoid any hidden or misleading terms. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to carefully ensure that the selected product meets their needs, specifications, timing, and delivery requirements before completing the purchase.<\/p>

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

  1. Manufacturing Defects
    <\/b>Products may be returned or exchanged if they contain a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.<\/li><\/ol>
    1. Product Condition
      <\/b>Returned or exchanged items must:<\/li><\/ol>
      • Be in their original condition and unused.<\/li>
      • Be returned in the original packaging including all original contents such as accessories, manuals, and documentation.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. Resale Condition
          <\/b>Unless defective, returned items must be in a resalable condition.<\/li>
        2. Discounted or Promotional Products
          <\/b>Products purchased during promotions or special discounts are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be accepted at the company\u2019s discretion.<\/li>
        3. Exceptional Cases
          <\/b>We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In such cases, after review and approval, the company reserves the right to issue the refund in the form of Store Credit to be used for future purchases.<\/li>
        4. Refund Method
          <\/b>Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.<\/li>
        5. Transaction Fees
          <\/b>No transaction fees such as Visa, Mastercard, KNET, or processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/li>
        6. Refund Processing Time
          <\/b>Approved refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days from the date of approval.<\/li>
        7. Exchanges
          <\/b>Customers may exchange purchased items within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the items:<\/li><\/ol>
          • Are unused<\/li>
          • Are in their original sealed packaging
            The exchanged item value will be issued as Store Credit valid for 6 months.<\/li><\/ul>
            1. Governing Law
              <\/b>Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or this policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. How to Return or Exchange
                <\/b>If you wish to return or exchange an item or product, you may contact our Customer Service Center. We will arrange for the item to be collected from the address stated on your invoice, or we will advise you to return it to our service center address.
